I got a distant view of one this afternoon West of the tank.

There were a group (~6) of Swift Parrots near the water tank in Hackett this morning around 9am – at the usual spot.  Access is up the path between 83 and 85 Rivett St (ie. opposite French St) and look in the trees around the tank overflow-drain.
