Abundance is normally lowest in December & January. Up until a few weeks ago
I almost always had two pairs day time roosting in the photinia row at the
front of my yard. Yesterday I had a pair in the yard. Though that isn't a
lot.

I saw 6 at Campbell Park on the weekend and another 3 tonight in Forde,
while walking the dog. They have been in Mulligans the last few weekends
too, in small flocks.

Has anyone seen King parrots? At this time of the year I would have plenty
feeding on white cedar berries and catalpa bean seeds but so far none. I am
worried they have succumbed to the wasting disease that has hit the NSW
population.
