I am a dog owner myself and take pleasure (as does my pup) in going to places designated for people and dogs. But I do not take my dog to nature reserves or national parks. My point was that the proximity of housing developments to natural areas
where dogs are NOT allowed inevitably seems to lead to irresponsible dog owners taking their dogs in. Jerrabomberra Wetlands a case in point.
