Good points Sue. I for one would not have minded Kama being closed to public access. I have watched with dismay as the number of dogs being brought into Jerra Wetlands has increased since Kingston housing was developed (and I speak here as
a loving dog owner myself). There is nil policing of dogs at Jerra. There would be less than nil at Kama.
