Koels have been very active around my place in Watson over the past week, both male & female, up to 4 or 5 at a time.

Good morning all subscribers,  I have just been informed of a Koel fledgling fed by a RWB in Griffith on the morning of 10 December.  It’s the first I’m aware of – has anyone else seen/heard one?  There have been a few more adults around my local area of Chapman/Rivett, though I’m still hearing mainly male calls, including ko-els.  Jack Holland
