Family group of 4 seen today, Wanna Wanna Rd , Carwoola. They moved off through
the tussocks, rocks and litter and did not flush when I followed 2 of them. A
special sighting for me.
Only the 2nd sighting for me of this species. The 1st was tragic as an
individual had been struck by a car and lay wounded on the Captains Flat Rd
near the Kings H’way. It died and from memory it’s final destination was the
CSIRO Wildlife Collection.
