Hello Robin,

 

It certainly looks like your suggestion is correct. Early stages so far. Not a lot to see on one photo but the beak looks malformed and appears to be deficiencies in the feathers. There is much information on the disease if you just do an internet search on “psittacine beak and feather disease.”
