I arrived home at lunchtime today, and heard a persistent "yapping" call
that I didn't recognise.  I assumed it was a young koel as it was being fed
by a Red Wattlebird, but didn't sound like one.  I eventually got a good 
look
at it:  golden crown, long tail etc. - a first for me.  :-)
