I assume that people saw the article about the Brown-streaked Flycatcher seen in northern WA.  The article was on the ABC website.

 

But you may not have seen the attached story of a Nordmanns Greenshank in Cairns.

 

In the photo, the bird on the left is a Common Greenshank which provided this nice comparison with the Nordmanns on the right.
