A couple of days ago I caught just the end of what sounded like a fascinating Conversation on the ABC (the regular 11.05am weekday program). Have just listened to the whole program. Peggy McDonald rehabilitates injured raptors in the southern highlands. The
episode is called The Raptor Whisperer and is easy to find online, and well worth a listen. Her account of the bushfires in southern highlands earlier this year especially compelling.
