The first is a very obvious Black Kite (note overall colour with not much obvious pattern, tail shape and mainly the dark smudge around the eye). The second is most likely a Brown Goshawk, based on what little shows of tail shape, toes & beak size) fits better than Collared Sparrowhawk.
