Please include a short note on the rezoning of the entire area bound by Curtin,
Yarralumla and Adelaide Avenue from broadacre to urban (see CT Saturday 23rd
may). Once rezoned there is little chance of developers being unsuccessful.
Submissions close 7 July 2020.
Our GBS site with significant diversity (169 species) including 14 vulnerable
species is directly impacted by this development. Hopefully something from COG
committee will be prepared. However individual submissions will carry a lot of
weight in an election year.
