It is so good to see that both species are still in the area. Are you going to record that in some way (COG record, Birdata or ebird?)

Nicki, we live at Harold’s Cross, a kilometre from the Water Wheel reserve and Lowden Rd area destroyed during the Black Range fire. On Monday a Powerful Owl spent the day in a conifer in our garden, clutching the remains of a Greater Glider. The prey looked as big as the bird. It was heartening to see evidence for both these species’ survival in the area. I’m attaching a couple of rather blurry  phone photos.
