Hi All,

59’s data was a week late in delivering, and there were good GPS fixes throughout that time. 64’s data was a day late. So don’t know what was going on there, as all the fixes I programmed were there as expected.

Anyway the good news is that 59 is in the tablelands inland of Mission Beach. Which I’m pretty chuffed about. It has totally gone the inland route, whereas 64 is still making its way up the NSW coast and is now north of Port Macquarie. Its very cool to see the two different migration routes they are using.

Latest update online https://lathamssnipeproject.wordpress.com/news/

The program has changed again and we should get fixes every day around midday until May 5. Here’s hoping they both complete their migration to Japan in that time.

Cheers

Geet.
