Martin Butterfield and I will lead a COG outing on the ACT long weekend at the end of May, in the Mallacoota area.

As you know, the area was badly affected by the recent bushfires, but Martin reports that he saw 112 species last weekend, and he's working on a program of places for us to visit. We are planning for people to arrive Friday, and return home Monday. At Martin's suggestion, I will stay at the Shady Gully Caravan Park (where there's a good range of birds apparently), but all participants will need to arrange their own accommodation.

Please let me know if you intend to come along.
