Small bird with pale golden brown wings with a few spots fine grey feathers sweeping around eyes Bill grey and sharply pointed. Underbelly creamy with some gold streaking. Tiny clawed feet. Looks small and frail.

Bird hassled by 3 Pied Currawong, 2 Magpie Lark, 2 Magpie, 1 Red Wattlebird – but able to cope and close eyes intermittently. Eventually the invaders moved off.

Hopefully an adult is around somewhere. I can’t imagine this bird fending for itself.
