Update - outing changes

Just a reminder that there is NO outing tomorrow, despite the announcement today that Googong will reopen tomorrow. 

The trip to Googong will proceed in 4 weeks time on Saturday 28 March with a later meeting time of 8AM. Other details remain the same.

The website is yet to be updated with the final details.

Details for the new outing next week is as follows. If you would like to attend, you can let me know by reply email as we would like a rough idea on numbers.

Date: Saturday 7 Mar Location: Yass River Private Property (Rugosa)  

This will be a visit to a private property in Yass River. There should be a mix of open and closed woodland habitats.

Meeting time and place: 7:45am behind Hall primary school on Hoskins St (-35.167406, 149.068472) for carpooling. 

Suggested contribution to drivers: $10 per passenger

Anticipated walking distance / difficulty:  5km, medium

What to bring: Bring water, sunscreen, hat, walking shoes, and morning tea to have on the go if you wish. Bring your own lunch which we will be able to enjoy on their large deck with access to coffee, crockery, and food reheating facilities. 

End time (approx.): We should be back in Hall early to mid-afternoon.
