A member of our cycling party reported that he had seen one in Monash om Friday morning.  Unfortunately we were well past before he mentioned it.

Greetings. A neighbour of mine who lives on a bush block on Ryans Road, Wamboin, reports that, this afternoon, he glimpsed, and heard, three Glossies. He did not get a definite visual ID but advises that he knows the call well from his time on Kangaroo Island.

Assuming that his ID is correct, and I have no reason to doubt him, perhaps they are on the move following destruction of their coastal feeding areas in the bushfires?

David
