Three on the verge of Sulwood drive, beside Mt Taylor, in east Kambah, yesterday. Also not a typical spot. Another odd spot where I have seen them several times is in the paddock beside Clive Steel Ave Monash, although that is close to Isabella pond.

As I was going to the Hughes shop via McNicoll Street about 3 pm today I saw 4 Straw necked Ibises in a small playground.  3 hours later they were still there.  I never saw them before there.  It looked a very strange place for them, finding something from brown and dry grass?  I saw them in the Federal Golf Course yesterday.  This is not so unusual, though it was a first time I saw them there.
