Both times that I've cycled up Mt Stromlo this week, there have been
some quite confiding Common Bronzewings around at the top. There was
male feeding on the road this morning who didn't seem at all fussed by
having us ride by, and he was still there after several other cyclists
had ridden past in both directions.
The boom gates half way up at the water treatment plant are closed at
the moment, so the only way to the top is by bicycle or on foot.
