As I am currently unwell I won't be able to lead the December WW to AIS and Bruce, Margaret Robertson has kindly offered to fill the gap. All other details as per the COG
website.
Without going into gruesome details I'd strongly recommend any over 79 years to get a free Shingles vaccination. I'd also say that based on my recent experiences, paying for it, if <70
is very good value!
