Well done. Looks like she was caught in the twist of the wire.

image of the bird caught in barb wire via toe and tail feather was taken at a distance to see if an intervention was needed not a good image at all

 

Which was required

 

Released her with no major damage, held for a minute or so opened one finger  at a time and off she flew

 

One thing I did notice when I had her in my hands on the barbed wire is how soft she was compared to other birds
