The forest was ringing with calls this morning when the sun came out.   Olive-backed Oriole, Red-capped Robin, Rufous Whistlers, Satin Flycatchers, Yellow Robins and White-throated Treecreepers and a Falcon gliding high while carrying a large lizard Also one very dark Wallaby from the back view, and Kangaroos.

I noticed to my disappointment, that next to the gate down towards the Molongolo River a whole panel of fence has been cut and pulled to one side to allow even a truck to pass through!  I also noted that trees have been felled and  cut into block sized pieces away from the fire trail.
