One calling around 5.30pm and then seen, another heard calling in a different spot later.

Also seen were Rufous Whistler, Noisy Friarbird, Dusky Woodswallow, and many groups of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters and Crimson Rosellas, both sp looking as if they were heading back to the mountains.

The Pied Butcherbirds are still there. Of sad note were two Wombats with mange (and one without, which was good), also of sad note a healthy-looking Fox.
