I have several videos of the Northern Shoveler being treated roughly by the
locals, mostly being chased from roosting places. In the left side of the
attached photo, taken on the first day the Northern Shoveler was seen, the
local shoveler evicted it from a roost, and yesterday a Pacific Black Duck
took a dislike to it and grabbed it on the back (you can just see its head
grabbing the back of the visitor in the photo on the right).  It may well be
the visitor who is being evicted.
