Hi All,

I’m considering the possibility of spending a couple of weeks birding in PNG. I’ve travelled around various parts of PNG on three separate visits (and have even seen a couple of the Birds of Paradise) so already have a fair idea what to expect – and not expect - of travelling there. I’ve never been there specifically for birding though. There seen to be a few companies that do PNG birding tours. Some are currently offering tours and others do custom tours only. I’d love to hear from anyone who has birded there or has any experience of the companies that do these tours. Rockjumper and Birdquest are two of them.

Any thoughts or suggestions on the chatline or privately are very welcome.

Happy birding!
