Or any of the NSW budgie clubs or avicultural clubs.
Suggest put an add on gumtree.
Contact the local bird dealers. I don't know of any.
Contact the local pet shops. There are many to choose from.
Contact the Canberra Zoo.

A colleague of a friend has passed away, leaving his wife with about 100 caged
budgies. She doesn’t want them, and is considering just leaving the door open
to let them all go.
