Today at Parkwood Road, just near the border I was watching a large flock of Ibis flying in when a Whistling Kite flew over being pursued by 5 magpies. One magpie was particularly rude and dropped ‘chaff’ onto the Kite. (see photos). When the magpies gave up a Masked Lapwing continued the harassment. Sorry about the poor pics but they were a fair way off.
