In addition it seems that under our trade agreement between NZ and Australia. In Government procurement matters NZ companies are to be treated as 'domestic' when it comes to such matters. Same goes the other way. Both Governments signed up to
that. So there is no probs with a Kiwi company tendering and winning such a job here. Five minutes in any large town in NZ these days will soon leave you with the impression that business there is half Australian operated. Things go both ways.
