A common cold-weather sight in Canberra, a Red Wattlebird feeding at blooms of Camellia sasanqua.  These specimens are growing in pots by a concrete driveway. No need for a leafy garden to attract these birds that can turn up in any suburb where bright colours promise a winter feed.
