Parks have advised that this burn has been removed from the plan as they can't mitigate the smoke risk.  So the walk will go ahead as planned.

It has been pointed out to me that a Habitat Reduction Burn of Mount Pleasant has been listed for sometime soon.  No idea which day but I will keep an eye on the website in case they decide to let it be known beforehand that they are lighting up.  A good idea to check the website before setting out on Wednesday morning.
