1. A Boobook calling in Colvin Street, Hughes (or Garran) around 5.45 this morning.
2. Aus Ravens seem to be doing some group exercises in the Woden Valley, from my vantage point in a Woden office block I watch groups of 4-12 birds sweeping around the area to the north of the town centre about 30m up. There are some sort of interactions going on, birds tackling each other, swooping on each other, but it seems quite relaxed, and they don’t vocalise much.
