Haven’t noticed any honeyeaters yet but Fairbairn GC this am had many S-n Ibis, busy, widely spread out, not flocking. On a couple of greens they had made bullet-hole apertures while extracting
prey, 5c diameter, small tufts of extracted earth by hole. Greenkeeper’s Friend? Maybe, maybe not.

Substantial numbers of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters over the golf course for half an hour around 11am. Then seen over Duffy in smaller numbers – heard 1 White Naped.
