They were still there this morning.
Two separate Spotted Crakes were observed. No Latham's to be seen. The
water's edge is now receding at a very rapid rate. The two Chestnut Teal
ducklings, large but lacking grown out primaries and secondaries, may
have been reduced to one duckling over the past two days. If the last
one does not develop flight capability within the next week, it faces a
longish waddle to the next water.

OTOH, I counted 132 Pink-eared Ducks when they were flushed, as it were,
from their lodgements in the Sewage Treatment ponds. That would be the
minimum figure because my views of some of the flock were blocked by
buildings, etc.
