Plenty of water in Fivebough but not Tuckerbil. Quite a few Brolgas, Black-tailed Nativehens, Sharptailed and Marsh Sandpipers, Glossy Ibis, and many others 😀

Hi Ken,
your request reached me tonight. I think there would be water in Fivebough because it gets environmental water flows into it in spring. The Leeton sewage ponds adjoin it and they always have water. I saw the January 2019 edition of the Murrumbigee Field
Naturalist newsletter a few weeks ago and from memory there were quite a few water birds recorded from Fivebough. Unfortunately I can't check as their website only has newsletters up to August 2018.
cheers,

I will be working at Temora this coming Sunday and Monday, so thought I would go to Leeton tomorrow – wondering if there is much water there given the drought?
