A while back I posted a picture of a Crimson Rosella showing some yellow colouring. Its been a fairly regular visitor to our garden, and this morning I took another photo showing the complete breast colouring ...

My impression is that the extent of yellow colouring has increased, though I don't have an earlier picture that allows a direct comparison. Is it possible that the yellow variants aren't born yellow, but morph into yellow colouring as they mature?
