There was a flock of woodswallows ,about 30, hawking over our place yesterday evening, they were low enough to see as they quickly flew around. Of the ones I got my bins onto most were Masked with a few Dusky and White-browed. They made plenty of noise and were gone in 20 minutes.
Very likely the same group as the ones over your place

A large flock (I conservatively estimate 100 birds) has just gone over our house  calling loudly.  As they were very high - just visible to naked eye - and silhouetted against 10/10ths cloud cover it wasn't possible to guess the composition of the flock to species so Woodswallow sp has been used for my GBS chart.
