Yes indeed it was. I have one question relating to the curious situation where a valid genus, species or subspecies name become available because it was assigned and then not used, Leo explained that it CAN be used in some future situation if there is a requirement for a name. However is there any compulsion to use that name because it is available, rather than invent a new one, for example if the meaning of that old name is not appropriate to the new taxon?
