Given recent comments about the lunar eclipse, I thought I would post this photo set. Very clever and funny. Said to be taken in Hong Kong.
Although some media describe a lunar eclipse as rare and a long time till the next one, that is not correct. They are fairly common, this one last week is unusual in that it is longer than typical and as the time it occurs in eastern Australia
was when the moon was low on the horizon, that gives the illusion that the moon is big (as it always appears when full and low on the horizon).
