On 14 & 15 July I did a trip towards Blue Mountains. I saw two Little Eagles from the Federal highway about 5 – 10 km before the Gunning turn off (going north), I don’t know if they were together, they were about 2 km apart. Also 3 Brown Falcons and a BsK. Considering our speed of travel, just along the Federal highway, that suggests a good raptor turnout.

 

Also although out of our area, I had a nice view (and listen) of a singing male Superb Lyrebird at Dharug NP, near Wisemans Ferry.
