Yes. A nice photo. Also the head shape (small beak & little brow ridge) support your id from the tail shape + long middle toe.

4 feeding Ganggangs departed our garden (Ainslie nr Corroboree Park)  for no apparent reason.

When I checked outside, there was a Collared Sparrowhawk (I assume from tail shape + long middle toe), occupying the Crabapple tree. It stayed for about 15 minutes.
