Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with information about current birding in the Lake Cargelligo area? I've never been there and was wondering if anyone can give me information about good spots to see birds not found in our local area.
Is the Waste Water Treatment Plant there open to the general public and would it be worth visiting in early July?
I was originally planning to go to Griffith to see the parrots etc but am wondering if similar species (and perhaps others) could be found in the Lake Cargelligo area? I believe Wattle Dam (Binya State Forest)) is dry at the moment and that was a key spot I
was going to visit in the Griffith area.
Any help/information would be very much appreciated.
Cheers
julie
