Of the five, at least two were juveniles. I watched the birds for some time around the small dam (near which they were attempting to loaf at around midday) and the ferocity of the Noisy Miners was awesome.

Went up this afternoon looking for them and saw at least 15 flying around the area.
After a bit of searching I eventually found 7 birds feeding in some flowering Eucalyptus a fair way away from where they were reported this morning. Photos and details including coordinates on eBird: https://ebird.org/australia/view/checklist/S43852635

While doing our woodland survey Duncan McCaskill, John and I found about 12 Swift parrots. Coords are on eBird. Northern end of Mt Majura near a small dam close to the fence line and fire trail. Feeding on eucalypt.
