Subject: [canberrabirds] Swifts over Yankee Hat Walking Track

There were about 20 White-throated Needletails circling low over Bogong Swamp, Bogong Creek and Middle Creek as I walked along the Yankee Hat Walking Track this evening from around 1900-1930, on my return from a 13 hour walk to climb Mt Namadgi.  A very welcome sight after a very difficult but enjoyable hike.
