I see them almost daily from my back veranda, which faces west to Percival
Hill. I think there must be some kind of updraft that WTE and LE particularly
enjoy because they often circle very high. Yes, when they come low ,
particularly when there are young about, the peewees and magpies etc give them
a very hard time.
