This notice is of special importance to the 24 members already registered and a
final invitation for a few more to join the party.
The current weather forecast is encouraging with late afternoon showers
expected on Sunday . The morning is expected to be fine, so please arrive at
the main car park by 0830.
Because Lanyon caterers will be having a busy day with an outside wedding at
lunchtime on the same day I am endeavouring to simplify arrangements for the
COG lunch at noon.
A picnic style menu is available consisting in part of filled baguettes of ham,
smoked salmon or salad, with brewed tea at a cost of $ 15 per head.
For people already registered, please note that you are required to notify me
by 1200 on Friday 2/3 of your intentions in this area to allow pre - ordering
to take place.
1) confirmation that you are staying for lunch.
2) your choice of baguette
3). Special diets can be catered for.
After lunch members of course can do their own things at Lanyon as there are a
number of attractions, including tours of the historic homestead and farm
buildings.
