Bill, if you're a member of Birdlife Australia you can access it online for free. I've not explored this myself, but assume I need to get a signon from them. (Or perhaps this info was in stuff they send me that I've neglected to take notice of! )Apparently
all issues back to 1901 are available.
And as Martin says, the National Library should have it .
