It looked like one parent bird and one sibling to me. Didn't get a good view of feeding, but it regularly had its wings out in a "feed me" pose.

Still present yesterday afternoon, moving between the roof of 23 Mimosa Cl and the construction fencing along the boundary of Mackillop College (and into the construction site). It sounded like a young bird and was in the company of 2 normal Willie Wagtails (presumably its parents).

Later on, a Nankeen Night-heron was observed at Lake Tuggeranong.
