Numbers of Superb parrots have been steadily increasing in the Duffy St area
over the last three weeks, from a few adults occasionally being seen through
October and November to groups of up to 10 adults in early December, and adults
with several noisy dependent young appearing about a fortnight ago. Around here
they're feeding in eucalypts, especially street trees in the suburb, and on
lower Mt Ainslie west.
