It is there as Eastern Koel. 
Since it mentions a write in campaign, my support this year is behind the 
Pink-eared Duck - nothing can quite beat it's epic vortex feeding, its zebra 
stripes and cool beak, and most of all it's pink 'ears'. 
Many other unfortunate omissions from the shortlist like Rose Robin.
